The FBI has launched an investigation after Trump supporters surrounded and almost ran a Biden-Harris campaign bus in Texas off the road over the weekend. Now, Trump is pissed at the FBI for investigating. Details inside…
A LOT went on over the weekend as Trump gaslights his supporters ahead of the 2020 presidential election.
According to reports, the FBI is now investigating an incident in Texas on Friday where Trump supporters (displaying Trump 2020 flags) allegedly harassed a Biden-Harris campaign bus. According to a Biden campaign official, vehicles with Trump signs and flags surrounded the Biden-Harris bus and tried to “slow the bus down and run it off the road.” Thankfully, law enforcement assisted the bus to its location after 911 was called.
Of course, Trump defended the actions of his supporters:

He reposted part of a video that shows Trump supporters surrounding a Biden-Harris bus in Texas and he tweeted, “I LOVE TEXAS!”
After learning the FBI had launched an investigation, Trump hopped on Twitter to continue to defend them, calling them “patriots.”
In my opinion, these patriots did nothing wrong. Instead, the FBI & Justice should be investigating the terrorists, anarchists, and agitators of ANTIFA, who run around burning down our Democrat run cities and hurting our people! https://t.co/of6Lna3HMU

”In my opinion, these patriots did nothing wrong. Instead, the FBI & Justice should be investigating the terrorists, anarchists, and agitators of ANTIFA, who run around burning down our Democrat run cities and hurting our people!,” he tweeted.
Rather than condemn bad behavior (like a great president would), he welcomed it:

Biden-Harris campaign events were canceled due to safety concerns. Texas House Representative Sheryl Cole tweeted the Biden-Harris bus was supposed to make a stop in Pflugerville with the Austin Young Democrats, but MAGA.
This is a 1st for me – but we just cancelled a joint event in Pflugerville w/ @JoeBiden campaign, @AustinYoungDems, & more, due to security reasons. Unfortunately, Pro-Trump Protestors have escalated well beyond safe limits. Sorry to all who looked forward to this fun event. https://t.co/tSq4moqro0

“Pro-Trump Protesters have escalated well beyond safe limits,” she tweeted. She quoted a tweet from Texas House Representative Rafael Anchía, who claimed “Armed Trump trolls harassing Biden Bus on I-35, ramming volunteer vehicles & blocking traffic for 40 mins.”
This morning, Trump defended his supporters and then deflected:
This story is FALSE. They did nothing wrong. But the ANTIFA Anarchists, Rioters and Looters, who have caused so much harm and destruction in Democrat run cities, are being seriously looked at! https://t.co/3pmbMllPWS

Former VP Joe Biden addressed Friday’s incident in Texas during an event in Pennsylvania Sunday afternoon.
“Folks, that’s not who we are,” Biden said. “We are so much better than this. We’re so much better than this. It’s not who we are.”
In a statement, the Biden campaign said that “rather than engage in productive conversation about the drastically different visions that Joe Biden and Donald Trump have for our country, Trump supporters in Texas [yesterday] instead decided to put our staff, surrogates, supporters, and others in harm’s way. Our supporters will continue to organize their communities for Joe Biden, Kamala Harris and Democrats up and down the ballot, and to the Texans who disrupted our events today: We’ll see you on November 3rd.”
Y’all better make sure you hit the polls tomorrow because MAGA supporters surely will.
